How does bookeat work?
Bookeat is a new and free platform for last minute restaurant bookings. Follow these four easy steps to proceed with a booking:
- Check out today's available tables and promotions on www.bookeat.es or using our app and select the restaurant at which you wish to book a table
- Select the number of people and your time of arrival, enter your contact details and confirm your booking
- You will immediately receive an email confirming your booking
- Show up at the restaurant at the selected arrival time, referring to your booking via bookeat. If requested, show your confirmation email

Can I be sure that my booking was processed?
Every booking through bookeat is immediately confirmed by an email sent to the email address you provided when entering your contact details. If you are experiencing any type of issue in relation to your booking, please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I cancel my booking?
All you need to do is to click on the “cancel booking” button in the confirmation email you received.
Is the use of bookeat free of charge?
The use of bookeat is entirely free of charge for our customers.
Where can I find my booking data?
You will find all data relating to your booking, such as restaurant name, booking number, name, number of people and time of arrival, in the confirmation email.
I am a restaurant manager and would like to sign up. What do I do?
Who do I contact if I want to share an amazing or disappointing experience with bookeat or one of its partner restaurants?
